THERE IS NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE WITH PRAYER.
This message is so powerful . I was convicted by his asking, "How much do you pray this morning." For even as I read a lot of scriptures and listen a lot to sermons, I pray so little and when I pray, I labour and I don't wrestle through because of these lame excuse, " I need rest." To whom else do we go when we need rest but to Him who said," My yoke is easy and my burden is light and I will give you rest. I know I'm not alone in the struggle of this spiritual discipline. My dear friends, we cannot remain nonchalant about this. We cannot remain where we are now for I believe God is concern with our growth and more than that, how can we truly say that we love God when we don't want to spend a sweet hour in His glorious presence. I want to invite you to join me to practice a secret prayer life.
" You have not because you ask not."

"And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him."
Hebrews 11:6

"In fighting this battle of piety, one of the best thing for me to do is this - to discover what my flesh hates and do that first."
-Paul Washer

Sometimes it's hard to write what is truly in my heart when I know that varied readers would come and feed themselves with what I wrote. I'm afraid of making mistakes that may inflict unnecessary harm on others. I'm afraid that I might be misunderstood. So I pray, that God will empower me and lead me to write what I ought to write; to post what I ought to post. I don't want to use this blog to vent my deep-rooted emotions for I do that to my Dear Father; instead, I desire that these should serve as an encouragement to you my dear readers. I also pray, that you may not just be encouraged but be reformed inside out. May God speak to you through my blog. May the blogosphere be ministered. These blog is a dust among other blogs floating on the cloud and I don't desire to be on top of the others. But I'm glad that you've arrived here and would appreciate much if you'd share my blog to others. I tell you this, it is not an accident that you are here and that you a reading this. May God bless you.

Sincerely,
Mildred
